This is SAD… 22 year old M-Bone of the popular Inglewood, CA group Cali Swag District was shot and killed early this morning. Details have yet to be revealed about the murder.
Cali Swag District is best known for their hit single “Teach Me How To Dougie”.

KSB, Terry G new video debuts
Kennis Music’s brand icon, Kenny St. Brown recently dropped her new video featuring Terry G for the song Moti Goke, one of the songs on her latest album.
The much anticipated video directed by the DJ Tee, was shot in five different locations in Lagos.
In the words of KSB as the gospel diva is more fondly called by fans, “ the entire project took four days to conclude.”
The video also featured some cameo appearances by some of Nigeria’s entertainers like Goldie, K- Solo, Kaffy (the dance queen), Essence, Daniel Aderinmokun, Doris Simon, Juke box, Terry G, Timi K, and many others.
According to KSB, she featured some of these entertainers in the video because of their successes in their chosen careers. “The song itself expressed God’s upliftment.
“I featured these entertainers in the video because they were all never been but now they are very important personalities. Someone like Goldie won the Best Female Video at SMVA (Sound City Music Video Awards) and Best Costume at the NMVA (Nigeria Music Video Awards), Kaffy is in the Guinness book of world records as the longest dancer, Jukebox was the winner of Star Quest while Terry G is a successful artiste and producer.”
“This is to show what God can do in people’s lives,” she added.
The song, Moti Goke is enjoying air play and is one of the favourites of most Djs.
DBANJ’S PARENT DEBUNKS RUMOURS OF HIM GETTING MARRIED TO GENEVIEVE
Contrary to the news making rounds that Nollywood star Genevieve Nnaji and Dapo Oyebanjo a.k.a. D’banj are getting married, Nigeriafilms.com can authoritatively reveal that the marriage rumour is a ruse.
Findings revealed that D’banj’s parents,Mr and Mrs Oyebanjo,his producer,Don jazzy and Sunday Are,his manager are not aware of the so called wedding plan reported by a weekly soft sell magazine.
Nigeriafilms.com learnt that, D’banj attended Genevieve’s birthday party in London as a guest and not as a lover.
A source close to D’banj’s Family also confirmed that he is yet to present the star actress to them according to the Yoruba tradition,wondering how he will pick a wedding date without the Family’s consent and that of his best pal and business associate,Don jazzy.
Dbanj’s manager,Sunday Are further reveals that”Dbanj and Genevieve are adults,they can get married if they wish.But as far as i’m concerned,I have not been briefed about such plans.

Genevieve Honoured in Monaco
One of Africa’s biggest film stars Genevieve Nnaji was last night Thursday, 12, 2011, presented with the award of ‘Best Breakthrough Performance’ at the annual Monaco Charity Film Festival (MCFF) held at the Hermitage Hotel, Monte Carlo.
According to her spokesperson, Genevieve, 32, was awarded the prestigious prize for her riveting role as ‘Teema’ in the 2011 Nollywood movie ‘The Mirror Boy’ which has, since its premiere, received rave reviews and several nominations and awards.
‘I’m thrilled to have received such an amazing honour from the MCFF. I put a huge amount of passion and love into every role I play so it’s wonderful to be recognized not only in my country Nigeria, but now on the international stage. I would like to thank the MCFF jury, my amazing team, family and of course my fans’, Genevieve who was not present to receive her award said in a statement
Now running in its sixth year, The Monaco Charity Film Festival is a non-profit charity event for the benefit of poor children around the world. The festival also helps new and developing filmmakers to find financing and distribution for their films
NOLLYWOOD ACTOR, DESMOND ELLIOT SET FOR SHOWDOWN WITH MARKETER OVER NEW MOVIE
Desmond Elliot, Nollywood actor and Glo ambassador is angry at the moment over what he called violation of his intellectual property. According to what we gathered from news sources that the actor who is half Yoruba, half Igbo, was shocked that one of his latest movies have found its way into the market without due approval. We gathered that Elliot jointly produced the movie with a Sierra Leonian based in the United States of America.
At the moment, Desmond Elliot is perfecting ways to bring the violators of the movies to justice. Efforts was being made to get law enforcement agents involved so that the marketers who pirated the movie can be arrested and taken to court.

President Obama on this evening of May 1st 2011 announced that US has the body the Osama Bin Laden.
U.S. literally had to do DNA test on the body that they now posess to be sure before they announce this.
This is a HUGE development however this does not erase Al Queda away from the face of the earth. Nonetheless, this an important development.
